I created the Dream Job Search Tracker when I was looking for my first job and found myself overwhelmed with the amount of information I needed to keep track of - Where had I applied already? How long ago? What position was that listing for? Which companies were hiring remote?

If I wanted to find my dream job, I needed to do a large scale job search.

Keeping track of everything in my head was going to limit the scale of my job search and prevent me from finding that dream job... so Dream Job Search Tracker was born!
